Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by GreenStar Stanton Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Services Provided
GreenStar Stanton Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, and related services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We will provide services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, results may vary based on weather conditions, soil quality, existing landscape conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service fee may apply for returned payments.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will schedule services at mutually agreed upon times. We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions or equipment issues. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the areas where services will be performed. Please secure pets and inform us of any hazards on your property, including underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or sensitive plantings.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, hidden obstacles, or items not clearly identified before work begins. You are responsible for ensuring children and pets are kept away from work areas for their safety.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on specific services as outlined in your service agreement. Plant material typically carries a limited warranty subject to proper care and watering by the property owner.
Our warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather, pest infestation, disease, neglect, or failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures. Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This includes lost profits, business interruption, or other commercial damages.
Intellectual Property
All landscape designs, plans, and creative work produced by GreenStar Stanton Landscaping remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or use our designs for other properties without permission.
